2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon publication on this page.

3. Products and Use

We offer cosmetics, skincare, makeup, beauty accessories, wellness items, and related products. Minor variations in packaging, color, or design may occur. All products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices without notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on what is enabled on our website, this may include cash on delivery and/or card payments (and any other methods we make available). If a payment method is not shown at checkout, it is not currently offered.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email (not an acceptance). The contract is concluded when we send a shipping confirmation or dispatch the products.

6. Shipping and Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed. For online card payments, confirmation typically occurs when the payment is successfully authorised or captured, as shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, confirmation means we have accepted and confirmed your order in accordance with the checkout process.

Typical delivery times, information about where orders are dispatched from, tracking, and customs-related notes (where applicable) are explained in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires with:
– your order number;
– the item(s) you wish to return;
– the reason (optional).

We will reply with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed cosmetics, makeup, skincare, fragrances, or personal-care items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Return cost: Returns are free within the return window for orders delivered to the UK and EU. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection (details will be provided in our reply).

Please pack returns securely; you are responsible for any loss of value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within up to 14 days. If only part of the order is returned, any shipping fee paid originally is not refunded (unless the return is due to our error).

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We comply with EU GDPR and UK GDPR where applicable.

11. Liability and Warranties

Statutory warranty rights apply under Hungarian and EU consumer laws. We are not liable for allergic reactions or damages resulting from improper use, disregard of instructions, or individual sensitivities to ingredients. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (including UK consumer protections where applicable).
